A four-week group designed for tween girls ages 10-14 to learn a new and healthy way of coping. Mindfulness and Meditation will be the focus of this group as a way to help tweens deal with the effects of trauma and daily stressors. Mindful practices, yoga and breathing techniques will all be discussed and practiced throughout group. This is a new and exciting group that you won’t want to miss out on!
If you are unable to attend any of these group sessions, please contact us. It is important that everyone plan to attend each group in order for members to build trust and a sense of belonging.
