A four-week group designed for teen survivors ages 14-18 to learn a new and healthy way of coping. Mindfulness and Meditation will be the focus of this group as a way to help teens deal with the effects of sexual abuse and daily stressors. Mindful practices, yoga and breathing techniques will all be discussed and practiced throughout group. This is a new and exciting group that you won’t want to miss!
