Capital Campaign Update

We are pleased to report that we have reached our Capital Campaign goal of  $1,100,000, and our Capital Campaign is officially closed!  We would like to thank all of the wonderful volunteers who have worked so hard on our behalf: Gina Armstrong, Claudia Berry, Ken Filippini, Teresa Heger, Lynn Kobes, Del Komejan, Matt Lepard, Beth Meiste, P. Haans Mulder, John Muller, Mat Nguyen, Barb Rosin, Melissa Secor, DeeDee Torres, and Cora Visscher as the Community Gifts Division   Co-Chairs. This group was tireless in its efforts to secure both financial and in-kind gifts.  We       received financial support in the form of pledges, cash gifts, and sponsorships for furniture and   medical supplies, and we received many generous in-kind gifts ranging from a large supply of office products to brand new appliances to lawn maintenance and snow removal.  To this hard-working bunch we say THANK YOU!

Another group of people that enabled us to complete this campaign is our Board of Directors.  Their continued commitment to our Center and our mission is without fail, and their full support as we journeyed through this exciting time in the history of our Center was unwavering.  Several of our Board members also served as Capital Campaign committee members:  Nancy Hanenburg (Capital Campaign Co-Chair), Fred Guss (Communications Committee Chair), Curt Whiting (Major Gifts  Division Co-Chair), Dan Bourbon (Major Gifts Division Co-Chair and Community Gifts Division Co-Chair), and Michelle Anthes (Community Gifts Division Co-Chair).
